Buono Ristorante brought a dressier Italian room to Bayview Avenue in Leaside, with white tablecloths, a patio and a kitchen that makes its pasta fresh every day. The menu moves between primi of hand-cut noodles, secondi of seafood and veal, and a short list of pizzas, and the wine and cocktail list is built for a long dinner rather than a quick one. It serves lunch and dinner seven days a week, which makes it as useful for a business lunch as for an anniversary.
