Crudo built its following on the panuozzo, the Neapolitan sandwich made from pizza dough baked and then filled — the first counter in the GTA to make it the centre of the menu. The Royal York Road shop also runs a full pizza programme and a short list of Italian sandwiches, all made to order, with pickup and delivery through its own site. It is a daytime address, Tuesday to Saturday from eleven to eight, and it closes on Sunday and Monday.
