ESCA took gourmet pizza to downtown Cornwall and made it a going concern: thin-crust pies with toppings a step past the usual, a menu that runs from lunch through late dinner, and a bar side that keeps the room busy after the kitchens elsewhere have shut. It seats a hundred inside with a patio for the summer months, and it's family-run — the kind of place that collects regulars rather than tourists. Open Monday to Wednesday from 11:30am, and much later Thursday through Saturday.
