Marcello's is a Toronto pizza name that has held a Vaughan corner on Rutherford Road for years. The pies are thin, crisp and generously topped in the Toronto style rather than Neapolitan, and the kitchen also does pasta, panzerotti and wings. It runs late — until 11:30 Monday to Saturday — which makes it the option when everything else in Concord has closed, and the room takes big tables without complaint.
