Noah's Pizza is the Clinton outpost of a family-owned south-western Ontario brand whose shops sit in small county towns — Mitchell, Linwood, Wingham, Listowel, Goderich and here on Victoria Street. The formula is classic Ontario takeout: hand-tossed pizzas built to order, chicken wings, combos and sides, with walk-in, pickup and delivery and gluten-free options on the menu. It is the pizza Clinton orders by habit, from family nights to the after-game crowd, and the counter runs late through the weekend.
