NOVO opened on The Queensway in December 2025 with a brief that reads more downtown than suburban: modern Italian plates, a cocktail programme, a room designed for evenings that run long, and a happy hour that stretches from four to six and again after nine. The kitchen works in the contemporary Italian register — pasta, grilled mains, shared plates — and the bar is as much the point as the dining room. It serves from noon Tuesday to Sunday and stays open past midnight at the end of the week.
