Olivea is a family-run Italian restaurant on Brock Street, a few steps from Market Square, and it has built its name on doing everything in house: fresh pasta, sauces and slow-cooked ragù, alongside antipasti boards drawn from local producers and Italian imports. The room is warm and unfussy in the way a proper trattoria is, which is why it is the first answer Kingston gives when someone asks where to take a group for Italian — and why booking ahead matters on weekends. Lunch through dinner, most days of the week.
