Sarpa, up in Oak Ridges just south of Bloomington, calls its style 'Americano' — artisanal ingredients, music and hospitality wrapped around a menu of traditional Italian entrees. The room is sleek and made for date night, the wine list is long, and the kitchen turns out classic pastas and secondi with a contemporary hand.
