Scaddabush is the Ontario Italian kitchen famous for stretching fresh mozzarella in-house and pulling pasta by hand, and its new Aurora location at First Commerce Drive near Wellington and the 404 runs the full menu: wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, antipasti and a bar built for lingering. Big, lively and open late, it suits a group dinner or a night out as easily as a quick bowl of pasta. The name is Italian slang for 'a little bit of everything', which is roughly the approach to the menu.
