Sotto Sotto has been bringing the romance of Rome to Avenue Road since 1993, and the formula has barely changed: white tablecloths, tuxedoed service, and a menu of classic Italian cooking built around pasta, veal and seafood. The wine cellar is deep and Italian, the room is quiet enough for conversation, and the kitchen still delivers the kind of polished, occasion-worthy dinner that has kept generations of regulars coming back.
